Steven Fay

Steven is the CFO of Lynk Global, a satellite-direct-to-device (“D2D”) service provider.

With two decades of experience as a strategic financial and operational executive, Steven has an extensive track record in business formation, fundraising, corporate finance, strategic development, business planning, and mergers and acquisitions.

Before joining Lynk, Steven served as SVP/Deputy CFO and is a founding executive member of OneWeb, where he led the company’s formation and initial operations, raised equity and debt financing from strategic blue-chip investors, completed a joint venture with Airbus to enable high-volume, low-cost satellite manufacturing, and served on the Board of all OneWeb international subsidiaries. Before OneWeb, he led finance and operations teams at Sirius XM and Google.

Steven holds an MBA from The George Washington University School of Business and a BA from Dickinson College. He serves on Lynk’s Board of Directors.
