Geoff Willard

Geoff Willard is Chief Legal Officer/GC of Lynk.

Geoff is the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel at Lynk, where he leads the legal function and supports all aspects of the business.

Over his career, he has been a partner at Goodwin, Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, and Cooley LLP, respectively. In these roles, Geoff has represented fast-growing companies and their investors in growth equity and venture capital financings and other offerings of equity and debt securities, mergers and acquisitions, buy-outs, strategic alliances and joint ventures, and various other transactional matters. He provided counsel on corporate governance, intellectual property, employment, general corporate, and other issues to my clients’ boards, managers, and founders.

Geoff has worked with startups and market leaders in the telecom (messaging, wireless, satellite, landline, terrestrial data), edge data center, software (principally SaaS and enterprise software), e-commerce, clean-tech, proptech, retail, education, edtech, fintech companies; digital and print media companies, as well as both innovative biotech companies and healthcare technology, equipment, and service providers.
